This guy Victor Davis Hansen seems to want to blame the crime on the criminal. Doesn’t he realize that we should be looking at what the victim did to cause the crime to be committed.

The former vice president’s movie — replete with the prospect of a flooded New York City, an inundated Florida, more and nastier hurricanes, worsening droughts, retreating glaciers and disappearing ice sheets — mostly got the science right, said all 19 climate scientists who had seen the movie or read the book and answered questions from The Associated Press.

I have to agree. Things are terrible. I don’t know if I can go on.

I am apalled that under George Bush the unemployment rate is under 5%, we have created millions of new jobs, infaltion is in check, we have lowered taxes yet brought in more tax revenue to the government, we have not had another terrorist attack against one of our cities, and we have helped form new democratic governments in Afghanistan and Iraq where there was only fascism before.

If President Clinton was in office during Hurricane Katrina the response off all local, state, and federal agencies would have been exactly the same. But the reporting of it would have been much diffferent.
